Colorful tableware that is made for sharing

The Gathering Series is a compact and colorful tableware series by Saniyo, a Hong Kong-based design studio. Inspired by the mysterious connections that we make with others, some of which are lasting and others which are ephemeral, the design explores the forces of the universe that bring us together. Bright with patterns and shades of blue, pink and yellow, the pieces mimic the astronomical elements that make up the universe of which we are part. The tableware set is made for sharing. It begs us to take a moment to appreciate our inexplicable link with others. And when not in use, the pieces stack neatly together, just waiting for future perfect moments.
