FACES COLLECTION BY KINNASAND

A series of bright textiles that will change the "face" of your interior

Isa Glink, creative director of Swedish design brand Kinnasand, has designed a collection of curtains and rugs called Faces. The collection encompasses 27 curtains and four carpet designs, each of which has a strong visual identity that shapes the room it inhabits. In architecture, windows are the “faces” of a building. Peeking through the glass, textiles change the face of any exterior with the bold patterns, bright colors and varying materials of this distinct but harmonious family.

The four carpets in the collection (BOND, TWIST, TASSEL and FLUX) were designed in collaboration with Dutch designer Dienke Dekker. Each carpet explores soft color gradations in combinations of New Zealand wool, cotton and Tencel. And since they are entirely handwoven, no two carpets in the collection are the same.

Kinnasand originally launched the collection this past October, but they will also be presenting the gorgeous textiles at IMM Cologne from January 19-25, 2015.
