ÉON MIRROR BY MAISONNÉE

A fanciful mirror from a wonderful French design studio

Since 2012, French design house Maisonnée has been creating lovable interior objects. All of their products are made in France with the belief that proximity encourages an important dialogue around the production process. Craftsmanship, or perhaps simply the human element, is the core of their design philosophy.

At January’s Maison&Objet, Maisonnée debuted their latest collection. Whimsically oversized pocket watches and a White Rabbit mirror created a very Alice in Wonderland feel, however, it was the lovely Éon mirror that caught our eye. Made from lacquered steel, Éon’s shimmery scales come in several different colors. You can choose from one of three pre-fabricated patterns or request a customized mirror of your own.
