Rediscover the city under a new light: Reggiani’s contribute to e-Luminate Cambridge

From 10 th to 15 th February the annual meeting with the contemporary arts festival that animated one of Europe’s cities most at the forefront

Light and play: a binomial that animated the contemporary arts festival e-Luminate Cambridge in an unprecedented way from 10 th to 15 th February in the British city that is at the forefront of technological research.

The theme for the 2017 e-Luminate Cambridge Festival will be ‘Play’, a theme which enhances the Festival’s uniquely interactive, fun and playful nature. The concept was designed by Festival Director Alessandra Caggiano with Pat Kane, a writer, curator and researcher. The combination of their experience made this year’s ‘Play of Light’ Festival particularly imaginative, memorable and stimulating.

Confirming its sponsorship for the prestigious event, collaborating also with Lighting Designer Simon Fischer and Malgosia Benham, Reggiani took care of the installation made to requalify Cambridge airport area. The outdoor projector Envios IP66 in 26W and 39W version is used for the installation.

“e-Luminate confirms to be a special event for who, like us, has the mission to explore the creative applications of light, showing its power to transform spaces and experiences”, says Matteo Reggiani, Corporate Strategic Officer di Reggiani.
