PROJECT ONE JOHN STREET IN NEW YORK COMPLETED

RIFRA

New York is enjoying a constantly changing phase, which brings the city to reinvent itself to keep intact the leadership of “Capital of the World”.

One of the most significant changes concerns the Dumbo neighborhood in Brooklyn, which is experiencing a time of tumultuous cultural growth; It can indeed say that what you live is an atmosphere similar to that which was breathed in TriBeCa in the late 90s; cultural contaminations, industrial buildings converted into large loft and construction of new building that redefine the city’s skyline.

THE ONE JOHN STREET PROJECT

It is in this context that fits the 1 John Street project, with apartments and Penthouse ranging up to 7 Mil. $ for a Penthouse.

The exterior design is characterized by the materials:

Steel

Concrete

Glass

As can be noted it was intentionally chosen to proportion in a different way the glass windows, according to the floors; the width of them is inversely proportional to the height of floors.

This was intended by the designer, so the view from the island of Manhattan would be respectful and coherent with the neighborhood where the project is located.

Even the side view, (look at the Manhattan Bridge in the façade reflex), respects this proportion

THE INTERIOR OF THE PROJECT

The 42 large apartments ranging from 150 to 250 m2, are furnished with elegance, refinement and a use of the best materials, without wanting to get off at any compromise.

In order to “give value” to the project, the developer has chosen for all 42 units kitchens and bathrooms of RiFRA.

It has been chosen the kitchen FLY model, with the typical and iconic brand design of the “double island”.

The materials used are precious and refined:

Natural brushed oak for the islands.

Grooves and sockets matt grey lacquered.

Columns in grey concrete.

Top in Basaltina Stone.

The view from the living room, where you notice the snack bar that also works as a storage unit, the design of the top with its manufacturing and the columns in Concrete.

THE BATHROOMS

The 146 bathrooms of the project (3 for each apartment), have all been furnished with RiFRA.

The master bathrooms, have been furnished with the K.FORTY collection, countertop in Cristalplant, 2HD mirrors, lamps, freestanding bathtub Smooth1, designing a refined and sophisticated image.

While the guest bathrooms and the secondary bathrooms have the same K.Forty composition, with a width less than that of the master bathroom, but with shower trays of Line collection.
