Functionality and aesthetics: the Ritmonio taps chosen for a redevelopment project of a private apartment in Vigevano (PV).

Private apartment

The Architect Cottino took care of the maintenance and redevelopment of a private apartment on the top floor of a condo built in 2009 in Vigevano (PV).

The aim of the project was to satisfy the owners' desire for an overall aesthetic restyling, combined with a transformation of the sleeping area, which has been completely revolutionized to make it more functional and uniform, in terms of mood and floor plan, and the living area that had already been refurbished in 2015.

Originally the apartment consisted of an entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, hallway, study, bedroom with walk-in closet, two bathrooms and a closet. More in details, the works included:

- the extension of the studio with the possibility of accommodating a bed for a guest;

- the transformation of the west bathroom with the suppression of the closet;

- the mutation of the master bedroom, with the annexation of the east bathroom which has become for the exclusive use and better use of the walk-in closet;

- modification of all internal doors, floors and coverings in the sleeping area;

- adaptation of all plants affected by the transformation.

A clever mix that is also reflected in the choice of taps: the Pois and Diametro35 series by Ritmonio characterize the bathroom of the apartment with an elegant style.

The sense of sophistication is reflected in particular in the total black finish of Diametro35, which expresses the absolute beauty of the combination of aesthetics and functionality.
