Design, innovation, sustainability: Ritmonio solutions for Villa Noal, a nZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) residential building in the province of Brescia.
Villa Noal
Innovative and efficient solution for the design of a nearly zero energy residence, which adapts to the European nZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) standard. Here is the work of the Arch. Andrea Benedetti, founder of Panificio Architecture Workshop: a demolition with reconstruction in the province of Brescia, which saw meticulous attention to all the design phases to give voice to the client's needs and desires.
The client chose the architect Andrea Benedetti for his sensibility towards environmental issues and innovation. The result is comparable to a tailor-made suit: a sustainable home, with contemporary lines, with designer furnishings and high-quality finishes.
To maximize energy efficiency and reduce building requirements, attention was paid to its orientation and exposure. From the point of view of the systems, the residence is equipped with district heating, geothermal systems and photovoltaic panels with storage batteries: by exploiting renewable energy sources, the energy regime is self-sufficient. Closed cell poroton bricks were used for internal and external insulation.
Always sensible to environmental and innovation issues, the Arch. Benedetti has established a profitable relationship with the clients, essential for the success of the project. “The choice of construction materials was fundamental in this project – declares the Arch. I thought about the distribution of the internal spaces and the selection of all the components, from the building covering to the systems to the finishes, to convey as much as possible a sense of order and minimalism, which can combine sustainability and refinement of the forms. The walls, for example, were painted with the airbrush technique, which gives a soft and velvety effect."
An example of modernity, in which the Ritmonio solutions fit perfectly, guaranteeing recognizable design, high hygiene standards and attention to a thoughtful use of water resources in all three bathroom environments. An example of this is the DOT316 collection in stainless steel, chosen here in the black finish: synonymous with simplicity and elegance, DOT316 represents "a fixed point", which intersects the clear and orthogonal lines of the mixer body. The pure, rigorous and rational lines of the collection, which alternate with round and soft volumes, create a play of joints and perfectly summarize functionality and unmistakable design.
In addition to the very low bacterial retention, stainless steel is 100% recyclable. The product takes its name from the noble AISI316 L steel in which it is made, where L indicates the percentage of carbon present, lower than that of 316. An important factor when talking about taps, because it determines a higher coefficient of resistance to corrosion than external agents. The collection is part of the water-saving Ritmonio solutions, characterized by the ECO water flow rate, less than 9 l/m, to raise awareness of the responsible use of environmental resources.
Stainless steel and black finish also for Diametro35 Inox, the iconic series of the brand, which thus enriches the bathroom with grit and personality. Maximum expression of style, it meets the needs of the clients who required a particular and versatile combination of contemporary aesthetics and functionality;
To complete the range of solutions used Diametro35 in a black matt finish: a further variation with an essential and elegant design, which stands out for the attention and care given to every detail.
