Iconic design, natural inspiration: Haptic Concrete Colors Amazonia makes this apartment in Warsaw a haven of well-being, where you can recharge your body and mind.

To turn an apartment located in the center of Warsaw, in a 1920s building, into a sheltered oasis, an idyllic refuge, where you can reconnect with your soul after the urban frenzy, live in tranquility and authentic emotions.
The design approach adopted therefore favored natural lighting, a palette of soft and bold colors was used at the same time, referring to modernist forms, with simplicity and harmony. “In this project I celebrate free spaces, so desired in urban environments – says Arch. Aleksandra Dobrowolska-Grobel, who took care of the renovation of this private home –. “I tried to mix iconic design with constant references to nature which is an inexhaustible source of inspiration for me”.
Custom-made furnishings were designed for the entire home – from the kitchen worktop to the chairs, wardrobes and wall lamps – which stand out and are enhanced by a low, black skirting board that acts as a frame for the walls.
Inspired by natural elements, the Haptic Concrete Colors series by Ritmonio was chosen for the bathroom environments, as it mixes the materiality of concrete, an industrial material par excellence, with the delicacy of the Amazzonia finish. A light green with a great visual impact, with a particular and unique style: green is the color of life and of the great forests, the lungs of the world, where naturalness is the predominant force. An overwhelming force full of energy, which recharges body and mind.
A combination that enhances the sensorial aspects and the warmth of this material, which is well suited to being shaped in a sophisticated and elegant way. Concrete is perceived as soft, warm. A raw, structural material, which is rediscovered as velvety and gentle. The tactile dimension makes the daily use of taps a true sensorial experience, which is completed with the visual dimension: it is the eye that senses that porosity that becomes softness to the touch.
