Vunabaka Residence IV – Fiji Islands
Vunabaka is a new luxury development consisting of a spectacular marina and distinctive private residences, located in the turquoise bay of Malolo, a few miles offshore from Fiji’s largest island Viti Levu.
One of the residences, Vunabaka Residence IV, has been projected by Space Studio, a boutique interior design studio specialising in luxury interiors throughout New Zealand and the Asia Pacific region.
The residence has been created to perfectly melt with the Vunabaka development, whilst being unique from the other residences.
The aim of the studio was to have a house completely immersed in nature, where the culture of social and environmental respect is deeply felt and deep-rooted in daily life.
With its durable furniture and a design as unique as mimetic, RODA has found a natural location in the Vunabaka Residence IV. Under the porticoes, in natural wood, next to the private pool, the LAZE lounge chairs and ORSON sunloungers, both designed by Gordon Guillaumier, warm with their orange tones that match the marvellous sunsets that the bay offers every day.
In the interior patio, overlooking the garden, the green color is now the protagonist, blending in with the lush surrounding nature. Again, the ORSON armchairs furnish the intimate dining area, together with the LEAF coffee table, pairing the MISTRAL sofas. In such a natural and refined context, RODA’s ability to immerse the contemporary taste of its furnishings in tropical nature stands out with pleasant harmony, where the shape of the seats and the precious materials blend in an elegant similarity with the uncontaminated landscape.
