GOUNOD 133, the tubular wall light fitting with directed luminous flux

Sammode launches the GOUNOD 133, a vertical tubular wall light fitting, dedicated for outdoor circulation area lighting (passage ways, inner courtyards, poles etc.) as well as for indoor circulation area lighting (corridors, halls, etc.).

This light fitting is equipped with a reflector with inclined longitudinal louvre to turn the flux to the ground and, by that, limiting the glare along the luminaire axis. Due to this specific optics, the light pollution decreases significantly because of the nearly total elimination of additional light output.

The light fitting is available in 3 lengths (685mm, 995mm, 1295mm) and is equipped with 2 T5 high efficiency (HE) fluorescent lamps. The patented system of the guided gear tray allows an easy relamping without moving the product. By that, we offer shortest maintenance time. In compliance with the RT2012 standard, the Eckersberg 100 is available with an electronic ballast for DALI dimming offering multiple solutions for lighting management (sensor, daylight dimming, controlling different lighting levels, installed scenarios, dynamic programmes etc.)

For luminaires used for outdoor lighting, Sammode developed a special composite housing, consisting of a polycarbonate tube, protected by a layer of coextruded methacrylate. This outer layer serves as a protective barrier against external UV rays, preserving yellowing of the polycarbonate related to solar radiation and thereby maintaining its mechanical properties over time. Furthermore, on request, this product is delivered with reinforced fixing straps with closure screw to guard against vandalism.

Also, due to the absolute imperviousness (IP68) of the product, the absence of internal dust is guaranteed, as well as a resistance to high pressure jet cleaning (IP69K).
