Castizo menu and designer furniture. Sancal returns to the capital to take part in a cheese factory of the most chic. Mix of flavors and concepts: cheeses from all sources made by artisans in a rabidly contemporary setting. A perfect marriage between tradition and modernity for a space with its own identity. Thus, the restaurant also incorporates transmitter and philosophy that guides Poncelet in developing their cheeses.
The Cheese Bar is more than a place to eat; It is meeting place with plenty of spaces where monotony is prohibited. Next to the bar and tables appear relaxation areas and even find a library. In the project Corchero Gabriel's hand and exquisite taste for details of the study can be seen.
