WINNER DESIGNPLUS BY LIGHT + BUILDING: SUSTAINABLE EXHIBITION STAND
SATTLER luminaires and exhibition stand: “We build on durability”
In 2024, the Designplus Award at Light + Building features the additional category “Sustainable Exhibition Stand” for the first time. Messe Frankfurt and its partner Stylepark are offering a platform to those companies that have integrated and implemented sustainability as a key component of their stand concept and at the same time promote environmental responsibility in connection with trade fairs.
Jury statement on the “SATTLER Leuchten – we build on durability – exhibition stand”:
Sattler GmbH has created a persuasively reusable trade-fair booth: The modular elements consist of high-grade materials such as solid wood and can therefore be used for many years to come. The flooring has, for example, been in use since as long ago as 2016, and the curtains since 2018. These lend the presentation a pleasant sense of lightness and reduce logistics outlays. Collaboration with a regional cabinetmaker ensures transparency, short delivery routes, and straightforward coordination. The furnishing, such as the tables and stools, are simply borrowed from rooms in the corporation’s buildings, and even the luminaires are deployed in its showrooms after the fair or put up for sale. A perfectly holistic concept.
