NEW APARTMENT BUILDING WITH VENTILATED FACADES

The building has a ceramic brick enclosure, forged and concrete pillars. At the beginning of the works, we made measurements for the new plans to rethink the closure of the whole building, as well as the situation both in height and width of all windows and balconies.

The reason for premeasurement was that the facade cladding material was of standard size. This caused the design to be made from these measures in order to be able to make the most of the material.

To achieve the heights between plants, we cut two perimeter threads under the windows on each floor.

The fastening system of this new building with ventilated facades was the PF-ALT/SO with an external face-to-face coating of between 105.5 to 125,0 mm. This system is optimal for placings with materials of small thickness and with pieces in horizontal position and placement with both joints.

For a part of the building we also used the GR-AM-NEW system, as the distance between neighbors could not be exceeded. This system is a specific staple for buffered facades and adapt to any enclosure thanks to its simple installation.
