Cyril Rumpler, the Franco-Swiss designer specializing in furniture, lighting and rugs, undeniably scaled the peaks of international recognition throughout the fruitful year of 2023. In early 2024, Cyril Rumpler and Softicated have received another award for the Signet Ring stool at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2024 in the category: Best Luxury Furniture and Homeware in Switzerland.

In possession of a harmonious fusion of the refined heritage from two distinct cultures, his creations bear the imprint of timeless sophistication combined with functionality.

The pieces that garnered distinctions in prestigious competitions in the United States, Germany, Slovenia, Japan and Italy include the table lamps Flying Fish, Head in Stars and Silhouette as well as the Signet Ring stool.

Cyril Rumpler entered the realm of furniture design by that most beautiful of doors: that of his dream! Self-taught, he spent his entire career promoting packaging for the pharmaceutical industry. He has always been fascinated by the impact an object can have on the mood and feelings of the owner.

In his spare time, he designs objects, infusing them with the power to convey serendipity: rugs, light fixtures and seating. A few years ago, after an accident, he accelerated destiny by devoting himself to his passion by creating Softicated, the brand that bring happiness to one’s inner-self and one’s Home interior.
