The Riverwalk East is a two-kilometre-long park with a ‘promenade feel’ that runs alongside the Chicago River in the heart of Chicago (IL, US). The park has an adventurous playground and numerous cosy nooks where people can have a nice picnic. To breathe new life into the riverfront in the downtown district, Site Design Group Ltd. came up with both urban and landscape designs for the various subareas. The architects decided to combine the sturdy, robust furniture from the Drifter range with various products from the Rough & Ready range and Solid Series.
