ECLIPSE WALL LAMPS

The Eclipse wall lamps are one of the first lights designed by Thierry Vidé.

They have participated in the evolution of our work towards object design and carry within them all the magic and uniqueness of our universe.

They are inspired by the extraordinary light that we can admire by solar eclipses. When the moon is superimposed on the celestial star, it offers us the spectacle of its luminous crown, a halo of radiant light.

It is this extraordinary phenomenon that the Eclipse wall lights reproduce: they consist of a superposition of three simple shapes punctuated in their center by a small plate that covers the source of light, like the moon in front of the sun.

By backlighting, a graphic is formed, a luminous vibration comes to life and propagates on the walls. The object comes alive, it fascinates both by its own form and by the magic of its aura of light.

The Eclipse wall lights perfectly dress a hallway, can highlight a corner or illuminate an entrance. Available in diamond, round or rectangle shape, they adapt to all types of spaces. They are available in the full range of Thierry Vidé Design finishes (mirror-polished stainless steel, gold, copper and gunmetal).
