Marina de Empresas
Two buildings, of 9,000 m2 each, for the training of young entrepreneurs.
Located in the warehouses of Valencia, its views of the port are spectacular. The entire building is surrounded by large windows overlooking the harbor and through which sunlight enters at dawn. Several ceilings were selected: Italia slat for the open common areas, Roma perforated steel tray for the corridors that allows quick access to the plenum as it is a self-supporting plate, and Roma perforated tray supported on a wide profile or DP for the auditorium and dining room that attenuates the sound load.
