Bespoke kitchen, living area and corridor boiserie, bathroom and bedroom furniture
Good architecture boasts a TM Italia heart. A turn-key interior design with customized solutions that range from the kitchen to the living and night areas. A refined interior design project by architect Laudini for the apartments of the building designed by Richard Meier.
The kitchen-living room open space is dominated by the large wall in Rovere grezzo that on one side features the home entertainment equipment and on the other conceals like a chest full of treasures, the work area of the kitchen that can be accessed by opening the practical retractable folding doors. The linear composition of base cabinets, wall units and columns feature D90 fronts with inside handles characterised by a sought-for combination of internal Rovere grezzo in contrast with the external lacquering. The top and backs are in Mosa quartz, with under-top sink. T45 Evo island features the combination of polished black lacquered T45 fronts and top in Nero Assoluto granite that drops on the sides and conceals its thickness behind the doors. The worktop features filotop induction hobs and electrically assisted vertical extraction oven.
The boiserie of the living room extends with continuity solution also to the night areas, partitioning the living volumes and integrating the access doors to the rooms. The turn-key furnishing solution consisted in realizing cabinets for the bathrooms and night area. In the bedroom, the customized design boasts a key role for the optimization of the spaces: the open-loft structures and customized stairs with drawers, as well as the built-in cabinets, allow obtaining 3 beds in just 16 square metres with compartments inside the drawers or integrated to the flap systems of the beds, ensuring full funcionality and a spacious storage area. The embossed lacquered furniture is based on D90 concept with special, customized metal elements.
Adjacent to the sleeping area, there are two service bathrooms, customized by TM Italia. Designed by architect Laudini, the bases for sink were created on the T45 Evo model with doors and fronts in matt lacquer and Rovere Materico Sabbia oak wood.
