Innovation and sustainability, protagonists of the Transformad stand at FIMMA – Maderalia

Transformad will present the New Woods of the Tmatt collection, the Hi-Tech surfaces that respect the environment

Transformad will participate in the new edition of FIMMA – Maderalia paying special attention to innovation and sustainability, which are two of its fundamental pillars. Transformad will take advantage of the reunion of the sector to present the New Woods from the Tmatt collection, the Hi-Tech surface that respects the environment.

From March 29 to April 1, Valencia will be the setting for the benchmark event for installation professionals, prescribers, the furniture industry, decorators, carpenters, interior designers, and architects. At stand N3-P2-D40, Transformad will show the latest novelties from Tmatt surface and the brand consolidated collections, such as Crystal, the high-gloss lacquer, and Strati, the HPL laminate with antibacterial properties.

Innovation and durability, at the center

Tmatt, Transformad's supermatt, anti-fingerprint and autoregenerative lacquered surface, has managed to convince customers of its unbeatable properties and consolidate itself as the most innovative product in the sector. Innovation is present in each of the properties of Tmatt, such as self-healing, which allows the thermal repairability of superficial micro-scratches; in haptic technology, which encourages the activation of the sense of touch, or in scratch resistance, reaching a result of GRADE 5 in the EN 438-2 test.

In addition, Transformad, a company with FSC® and PEFC™ forest management certifications, has long been committed to the environment, with the use of renewable energy and photovoltaic panels for self-consumption and sustainable waste management. With this objective, Tmatt has been conceived as a very high-quality board that avoids the use of solvents during the manufacturing process. This makes Tmatt an innovative and environmentally friendly lacquer, indicated for production with wood from sustainable forests and that has the demanding international CARB2 certification, which guarantees an even lower formaldehyde emission of products made with boards derived from timber.

As a national and international benchmark in the manufacture of surfaces for home furnishings and wall coverings, Transformad continues to focus on providing technological innovations for the industry. For the company, Maderalia is the perfect opportunity to share news with the different stakeholders in the sector and resume face-to-face relationships with national and international clients, after the challenge that the pandemic has posed for everyone.
