Ceiling in wire mesh at Roma Tiburtina staion
A great work of architecture that completed by Bodino Engineering at the Tiburtina station in Rome. A flat ceiling made of wire mesh was created, the best solution when you want to create a modular ceiling, where even the metal mesh must maintain a certain stiffness. The wire mesh has been inserted in a conventional steel profiles which also allow easy removal.
All types of products offered in Architecture and Interior are the ideal solution to create ceiling, but for this project has been choosen R&R 70×3, a metal mesh that has as warped ends a series of 3 cables distanced between themselves, whereas as weft are weaved rods with a fixed and constant distance.
