VARIANT-HAUS-GROUP produces and sells Neopor formwork blocks with the highest energy savings. An independent German research institute, Passive House Institute (PHI), has thoroughly tested, approved and certified VHG ICF elements as suitable for passive houses for 2 climate zones.

VHG ICF elements are now certified for the temperate Central European climate and for the extremely cold climate zones, e.g. most regions in Northern and Eastern Europe and Scandinavia, including Denmark, Sweden and Finland. Passive Houses built with VHG ICF Elements may now be certified as Passive Houses.
