High-performance metal ceiling solutions for healthcare environments

For the new Medical Center in Apollosa (BN), Guerrasio delivered a comprehensive metal ceiling system designed to meet the diverse functional requirements of the facility’s healthcare spaces.
The project involved the integration of specialized technical solutions tailored to the intended use of each area, with particular attention to environments requiring high standards of airtightness, hygiene, and accessibility for inspection and maintenance.

On the ground floor, Vert Occulto steel and aluminum ceiling systems were installed with white 600 × 600 mm modular panels, complemented by Vert Occulto Light Panel luminaires and Vert Occulto Spotlight 24W fixtures, achieving the perfect balance of functionality, lighting performance, and design.
On the first floor, Vert Sigillo systems with 45° edge detail in white steel and 600 × 600 mm panels were installed, complete with integrated Vert Sigillo Spot Light 24W lighting.
In areas requiring enhanced airtightness performance, the VertLab system was selected—a patented airtight steel ceiling solution integrated with VertLab Light LED 100 luminaires and dedicated plenums for HVAC air distribution.

The result is a modern, bright, and highly efficient environment where aesthetics, comfort, and technical performance are seamlessly combined, enhancing the quality of spaces dedicated to healthcare and laboratory activities.
