WaterRower & NOHrD are now offering the combination of two of their new products: the set DumbBells and the WeightBench. Complementary, they are specifically designed for carrying out muscle building sessions.

The DumbBells set has 9 pairs of dumbbells and the included rack, ranging from 5kg to 25kg. The dumbbells are made of CNC machined nickel-plated steel, stainless steel, the handle is grooved and ensures a good grip to achieve different fitness goals. In order to stay true to the NOHrD DNA, DumbBells have solid wood finishes and are available in different species. The dumbbells come with a solid wood rack, embodying elegance and perfection. Regardless of the weight of the dumbbell, the diameters of the handles are uniform, and the inclined structure of the three-level shelf ensures optimum space and extreme stability.

The WeightBench is the new NOHrD weight bench with intuitive and easily adjustable settings. Its structure is in solid wood. Its seat in genuine leather or imitation leather and its ergonomic work surface provide optimal comfort during the session.

Versatile, the backrest tilts in 8 different positions, from 90 ° to 180 °. Ideal for performing a wide range of exercises while sitting, reclining or lying down, with or without a dumbbell. Robust, it supports a maximum load of 400 kg, including dumbbells. The seat of the bench is height adjustable in two positions, ensuring a firm and optimal grip when exercising with heavier weights.
