Telecom City in Moscow

One showcase project is Telecom City. The entire area covers some 280,000 square metres and offers space for offices, a shopping centre, a hotel and various leisure facilities. The construction project has been based on western standards and guidelines, and therefore differs considerably from older commercial complexes in the city, for instance in terms of quality and energy efficiency. To satisfy the high standards, the architectural firm responsible for the project, Cigler Marani, planned to use Ytong as a building material from the very start. The autoclaved aerated concrete elements are free of harmful substances and impress with good energy-efficiency values.
