Lighting the Parc de La Villette Paris

At the Parc de La Villette in Paris, ACTiLED Lighting fixtures have taken over the gutters, inviting visitors to take an evening stroll. As night falls, geometric lines light up and illuminate the ground as if by magic... ACTiLED was commissioned to renovate the park's lighting channels, and produced unique, made-to-measure tubulars for this large-scale project. These luminaires are part of a low-energy approach, thanks to LED lighting, which ensures low energy consumption, and their local manufacture in Nantes, reducing their carbon footprint.
Night-time strollers will be able to marvel at an artistic lighting itinerary that sublimates the park's pathways and the folly buildings it houses. This retrofit involves a switch to a new RGB pixel lighting technology, where each LED can be individually addressed by an adapted DMX control system. This evolution opens up a new scenographic horizon in this emblematic architectural environment, with the possibility of dynamic lighting effects.
