The 3S range, originally conceived with the idea of changing the image of the industrial building, is now suitable for all types of projects, from industry to the house.

The project presented here is a residential and office building in the center of Clermont-Ferrand. This is a rehabilitation, designed by architect Claude VATTAN, with the help of Bacacier 3S.
