BERA offers all elements for the construction of terraces, also on roofs. For the installation of the the roof jacuzzi, architects used BERA Stable Pave and BERA Terrace Floor.

BERA Terrace Floor:
- the ¨double¨ raised floor allows tiles of any size, shape or pattern to be laid
- Free surface for ceramic and concrete tiles or other paving products even artificial grass
- Extremely rigid floor for safety and strength rated at 750 kg point load
- Made of 100% recycled polycarbonate originating from the automotive industry
- Rainwater can discharge through the available existing drainage system
- manufactured in our ‘green’ sustainable Czech plant

- alternative subbase for pedestrian pavements with concrete or natural materials
- drainable subbase for artificial grass
- Reduce 275 kg of soil excavation
- Reduce 175 kg of split or stabilized sand
