BERA® WaterUps is a modern irrigation system based on the principle of capillary rise. Water is stored in an underground reservoir and gradually transported to plant roots using perlite, according to their actual needs. This ensures optimal moisture supply without unnecessary losses caused by evaporation.
The WaterUps Planters & Tree Reservoir system was originally developed in Australia and extensively tested in various climatic conditions. It enables efficient sub-surface irrigation, supporting deeper root growth and increasing plant resilience to drought and extreme weather.
Key benefits include water savings of up to 80%, reduced watering frequency, and faster plant growth. The system also acts as a “turbo-accelerator” for young plants, reducing failure rates and overall maintenance costs. It will save a lot in water and labor.
