How to treat humidity problems related to rising damp during winter?

Rising damp can be a serious problem, as if left untreated it can lead to structural issues.

It can cause damage on both internal and external walls but also on floorings, including blistering paintwork, peeling wallpaper, warped parquet flooring and cracked plasterwork.

Rising damp occurs when moisture from geological faults travels up through the ground and enters the masonry of the houses (foundations, slabs and walls).

It is a physical phenomenon that arises around the geological faults as a result of the creation of an electric charge. The electric charge is responsible for the migration of water molecules from these geological faults to the surface of the ground.

To protect affected houses, BFL® International has developed innovative and non-invasive solutions:

the I.P.E®, the I.PE® Pro+ and the I.P.G®. Our products will treat permanently and efficiently 100% of the problem, by drying out all the walls, slabs and foundations from damp.

Our devices can be installed quickly and easily. Only one device needed per house as we have different device strengths to cover from 10 to 2.500m2.

All our products come with a 30-year guarantee.
