House in the mountains Tschiertschen/Switzerland
Project by Caruso St John Architects
'Aux Losanges' is the name of one of 26 surviving houses in Schanfigg, Graubünden, Switzerland, built between 1840 and 1875. Following extensive renovation by London and Zurich-based Caruso St John Architects, the chalet was reopened to host cultural events and as accommodation. The project was presented at the Venice Architecture Biennale in 2018 and published in Domus 2018. The Rosso Rezzonico chandeliers were supplied and installed by artistic glassmaker Bottega Veneziana.
