New from Casalgrande Padana

Marmora: classic style for contemporary projects

The result of careful aesthetic research and technological innovation, the new Marmora porcelain stoneware collection offers a faithful reproduction of the sophisticated low-relief veining effects created over the centuries in rock sedimentations all over the world. In this superb blend of beauty and technical performance, each detail becomes an element of design: luminous reflections bathed in light and smoothly contrasting tones are arranged on the tiles, piecing together a perfect puzzle that combines graphics and textures to recall the finest natural marbles in existence.

On this journey through the material, the three-dimensional light and shade effects are embellished and enhanced by the new smooth and vein-touch surfaces: the former offers a silky, soft, sophisticated look, while the latter is particularly realistic, with a naturally three-dimensional appearance and an elegant antiqued effect that brings out every detail in the pattern beautifully.

Marmora comes in six colours (Grigio Antico, Lunese, Morato, Nero Antico, Palombino and Pavonazzetto) in the 10x60 cm size, with a 9 mm thickness and a vein-touch surface; in the 60x120 cm, 60x60 cm and 30x60 cm sizes with a thickness of 9 mm, and in the 120x278 cm, 120x120 cm and 60x120 cm sizes with a thickness of 6 mm and honed, polished, smooth and vein-touch surfaces.

Teaming the ancient allure of marble with the outstanding technical properties of porcelain stoneware, Marmora maintains its beauty unaltered over time, making it ideal for floors and walls in all kinds of projects, for both new constructions and for the recovery and restoration of existing buildings. Perfect for use in the contract, hotel, hospitality and wellness sectors, the new Casalgrande Padana collection is also an excellent option for yachts and luxury boats.

Pietra Tiburtina: where history meets modernity

New life is breathed into our splendid Italian heritage, replete with charm and history, on the porcelain stoneware tiles in the Pietra Tiburtina collection, in which design and craftsmanship join forces with creativity and technological innovation. Fragments of material emerge from the cavities of ancient Tibur, taking us off on a journey through history. Widely used since the days of ancient Rome as an ornamental and construction material, Travertine stone - lapis tiburtinus - has travelled through the centuries with its inexhaustible architectural potential intact, inspiring artists and designers all the way through the ages, teaming tradition with modernity.

Displaying the typical techniques used on natural stone, and available in both a vein-cut version - evident on which are the longitudinal stratifications of the limestone deposits - and in a cross-cut version, which also comes in an antiqued variant and highlights the soft, cloudy effects, as well as creating an age-old, authentically historical sensation, the new Pietra Tiburtina collection by Casalgrande Padana combines all the charm of stone with the strength and resistance of porcelain stoneware.

Drawing its inspiration from a careful selection of the finest types of natural Travertine, Pietra Tiburtina is available in four colours (Aventino, Campidoglio, Celio and Palatino), with a thickness of 6 mm in the sizes 120x278 cm, 120x120 cm and 60x120 cm, with natural and smooth surfaces, with a thickness of 9 mm in the sizes 60x60 cm and 30x60 cm, with natural and smooth surfaces, and in the 60x120 cm size, with natural, smooth and striped surfaces. In addition, in the 60x120 cm and 60x60 cm sizes, the new Casalgrande Padana collection also comes in a 20 mm thickness, which, together with the anti-slip surface, makes it suitable for laying outdoors directly on sand, gravel or turf, for flooring that can be walked on immediately. The collection is completed with 30x30 cm mosaic tiles (with 5x5 or 5x15 cm pieces), available for all the colours with a natural and smooth surface.

Pietra Tiburtina is perfect for use on both floors and walls, indoors and outdoors, for all kinds of applications and architectural projects. From residential and public buildings to the contract sector and the world of wellness and hospitality, the new collection by Casalgrande Padana becomes a decorative element that slots smoothly into any décor look, for a contemporary vision of living spaces.

Stonetech: the latest-generation technical porcelain stoneware

The long-standing Casalgrande Padana research tradition teams with cutting-edge manufacturing processes in the new Stonetech collection. Inspired by the magmatic rocks typical of the central Alps, this new collection in technical porcelain stoneware offers a faithful reproduction of their particular material texture: marble fragments, slivers of quartz and feldspars of various sizes come together to form a random pattern floating around inside the tile and becoming an integral part of it.

Stonetech comes in five colours (Stonewhite, Stonegrey, Stonepearl, Stonesand and Stoneblack), in the sizes 60x120 cm, 60x60 cm and 30x60 cm, with a thickness of 9 mm and with a natural or anti-slip bush-hammered surface.

Stonetech tiles maintain their technical and aesthetic characteristics unaltered over the years, guaranteeing high standards in terms of durability. This is why they are widely used in challenging projects where excellent wear resistance is required.

The random repetition of irregular patterns makes each tile unique, offering splendid decorative inspiration for designers and architects and versatile solutions for use in all types of architectural constructions.
