Cersaie 2025: Casalgrande Padana Expands Concept and Lithos Collections with New Porcelain Stoneware Formats
Casalgrande Padana unveils an extension of the formats for its Concept and Lithos collections, one year after their debut at Cersaie 2024.
The Concept and Lithos collections return to center stage with a new evolution. For Cersaie 2025, the company introduces a significant expansion of available formats, reaffirming its commitment to offering a complete and modular ceramic system.
The new porcelain stoneware formats complement those already in the catalogue, enriching the offering with additional sizes, varied thicknesses, and specially designed pieces that ensure maximum design flexibility. This extension is tailored to architects, interior designers, and planners seeking versatile ceramic solutions suitable for residential, public, and commercial spaces.
Renowned for their refined materiality, chromatic balance, and outstanding technical performance, the Concept and Lithos collections are now elevated to fully integrated systems for floors and wall coverings—capable of meeting a wide range of aesthetic and functional demands.
LITHOS
The Lithos collection by Casalgrande Padana is a modern reinterpretation of Portland stone in porcelain stoneware, characterized by soft natural tones and a fine, compact texture. Lithos faithfully reproduces the aesthetic and material qualities of natural stone, offering surfaces with strong visual impact and exceptional ease of use.
The six collection colours (Lithos Beige, Bianco, Grigio, Nero, Taupe and Tortora) come with a thickness of 9 mm in the sizes 30x60 cm and 60x60 cm, with an anti-slip surface, and in the new R10 natural finish, which combines a pleasant appearance and a delicate tactile sensation with the technical characteristics required for increasingly international design projects. The 90x90 cm size is available with a natural surface, the 60x120 cm size is available in R10 natural, satin and grip finishes, and the 120x120 cm size is available in R10 natural and satin surfaces, while in the 120x278 cm size, the new Lithos collection comes in a 6 mm thickness and with an R10 natural finish, as well as an extraordinarily soft satin finish, for a natural, matt look.
In the colours Beige, Grigio, Taupe and Tortora and the sizes 60x60 cm and 60x120 cm, Lithos is also available with a thickness of 20 mm, with an anti-slip surface, ideal for dry laying on turf, sand or gravel, or for raised laying.
The range is completed with new 30x30 cm mesh-backed mosaic tiles with 5x5 cm and 5x15 cm tesserae, a canneté decoration in the 60x120 cm size, and a 29.5x29.5 cm curved mosaic tile, available in all the colours in the collection and with a natural surface.
Lithos offers a modern, versatile finish for design projects that require top technical performance, as well as guaranteeing maximum creative freedom to compose indoor and outdoor floors and walls in both residential and public settings, and for the contract, hospitality and wellness sectors. CONCEPT
Simple, austere and chic, with a new, modern edge, concrete steps back into the forefront of design. Soft, cloudy effects in neutral shades, with subtle dashes of colour, are the signature feature of the Concept porcelain stoneware tile collection, with a nod to the metropolitan style that in recent years has strongly impacted the world of architecture and interior decor A versatile, adaptable collection with a cutting-edge spirit, ready to shape the matter and take architectural spaces into a new dimension.
Concept comes in seven subtle shades (Concept Black, Blue, Green, Greige, Grey, White and Red). The collection includes a 23.5x20.5 cm hexagonal tile, as well as tiles with a thickness of 9 mm in the sizes 20x20 cm and 30x30 cm with an R10 natural finish, able to combine a superbly pleasant tactile sensation with the technical characteristics required by the world of international design. The tiles in the sizes 30x60 cm and 60x60 cm have an R10 natural or anti-slip bush-hammered surfaces, while the 60x120 cm size is available with R10 natural, satin and anti-slip surfaces, and the 120x120 size comes in an R10 natural and satin finish. Lastly, in the colours Black and Grey and in the sizes 60x120 cm and 60x60 cm, Concept comes in a thickness of 20 mm with an anti-slip surface for use outdoors. The tiles can either be laid directly on turf, sand or gravel to create flooring that can be walked on immediately, or glued on screed or raised supports to allow for the installation of electrical and plumbing systems.
The range is completed with new 20x20 cm decorative element featuring low-relief abstract geometric patterns, a 30x30 cm mosaic tile with 5x5 cm or 5x15 cm tesserae and a ribbed decorative element in the 60x120 cm size, available in all the colours in the collection. These decorative details are able to embellish and enhance living spaces, bringing character and personality to the entire setting.
