On 8 and 9 November, Casalgrande Padana will be at Boutique Design New York, in the Jacob K. Javits Convention Centre in Manhattan, Booth 525. The Italian Trade Agency has organised a collective participation together with Ceramics of Italy, in collaboration with the business association Confindustria Ceramica.
Now in its 16th edition, Boutique Design New York is one of the most important trade fairs for professionals in the hospitality and contract sector in the USA, bringing together a selection of the finest products and latest trends in the sector.

Saxum: sensual beauty in porcelain stoneware
This modern collection combines the natural charm of stone with the impressive qualities of porcelain stoneware, for a versatile collection that highlights the pleasing texture of the material of inspiration. Saxum is available in five colours (Antracite, Beige, Bianco, Grigio and Perla), with a thickness of 9 mm in the sizes 120x120 cm and 60x120 cm, and with an R10 natural or anti-slip grip surface, as well as a silk surface that offers a pleasant aged effect. In the sizes 60x60 cm and 30x60 cm, it is available in a natural or grip finish. The new collection is also available in an outdoor version, with a thickness of 20 mm and an anti-slip Grip surface, in all the collection colours in the sizes 60x120 cm and 60x60 cm. In the colours Beige and Perla, a 120x120 cm version is also available.
The range is completed with the 30x30 cm mosaic tiles, composed of 5x5 cm or 5x15 cm tesserae, and a tumbled mosaic tile, available with a natural surface in all the colours in the collection.
Ideal for both floors and walls, indoors and outdoors, these tiles can be used everywhere from homes to larger-scale public or commercial design projects. They are suitable for all kinds of climates and settings. The new Saxum collection offers multiple combinations for all kinds of décor styles, bringing a fresh, original look to any environment.

Suitable for floors, walls and furnishings, Elements delivers an eclectic, modern look in any setting, both indoors and outdoors. The range features three different types of textures: the elegant wood effect of Essence; the subtle interplay of solids and voids in Pebbles, and the soft brushed look and delicate cloudy effects of Texture.

Essence: new lustre for porcelain stoneware
The sophisticated material quality and innovative technology deliver a perfect combination of graphics and texture, for a fresh take on larch wood. No two tiles in the Essence texture are exactly alike, offering a superb blend of beauty and performance, in which every detail is an element of design ready to bring an original, natural allure to any living space.
The large plank tiles in the Essence collection come in Beige, Black, Brown, Taupe, Tobacco and White. They are available with a natural surface in the 30x240 cm size with a thickness of 6 mm, in the 20x120 cm size with a thickness of 9 mm, and in the 60x120 cm size with a thickness of 11 mm, suitable for interiors. In the colours Beige, Taupe and Tobacco, the tiles are available in a 40x120 cm format with a thickness of 20 mm and an anti-slip surface for outdoors. With their anti-slip finish and 20 mm thickness, these large-format tiles are perfect for outdoor use. Laid on screed with adhesive, they are ideal for balconies, patios, terraces, verandas and poolsides. Applied directly to turf, gravel, or sand, they create walkways ready to walk on immediately. In the 60x120 cm size, Essence is also available in a Canneté slatted wood version. This elegant decorative element is ideal for embellishing living spaces with a touch of class.
