Caesar for Moderno Cineplex: Prima Concrete in the renovation of the former multiplex in Due Carrare

In Due Carrare, in the province of Padua, Caesar provides the surfaces for the common areas of Moderno Cineplex, which has undergone a complete renovation that brought a former multiplex back into operation.

On the first floor, Prima Concrete 80x80, the concrete-effect variant of the Prima collection, defines approximately 1,500 sqm of flooring in the bar and ticket counter areas, the arcade, karaoke spaces, and restrooms, where the same surface connects the areas most frequented by the public.

Designed by Studio Canepa Associati, the project concerns an existing building and renews its function as a venue dedicated to entertainment. After approximately four years of closure, Moderno Cineplex is once again operating as a renewed multiplex, with ten screening rooms and common areas dedicated to welcoming guests and encouraging their stay.

Within the project, the medium grey tone of the Concrete variant introduces an urban-inspired concrete language into the common areas. The 80x80 format supports flooring continuity across a large surface area and meets the demands of the daily use of spaces open to the public.

For Caesar, the project confirms the value of porcelain stoneware in public spaces: a surface capable of supporting the functional quality of environments and integrating into a renovation plan through a precise material choice.
