Completed in 2025, the project features Prima by Ceramiche Caesar in the Ecru colour for interior floors, outdoor paving, bathroom wall coverings and the pool coping, creating a single material identity that seamlessly accompanies the transition from indoor living spaces to the outdoors.

This choice reflects Caesar's ongoing research into porcelain stoneware as a material for architecture. The Prima collection translates this vision into a surface inspired by clay and reinterpreted through a contemporary design language. In the Ecru shade—light, warm and softly powdery—it finds its most welcoming and residential expression.
