Penny’s Quality Butchers

The Gold Butchers Club is proud to be increasingly international and to have a new overseas member.

This project takes us to the north-east coast of Australia: we are in the harbour area of Mosman, Sydney. The historic Penny’s Quality Butchers is located among the boutiques and bistrots you encounter when strolling along Military Road. Throughout the area it is well-known and has a reputation for quality and professionalism. It is a benchmark for fresh meat and typical local pre-prepared products.

It is precisely the importance given to professionalism that led the staff to choose G Concept technology for their premises i.e. our glycol chiller system that ensures constant and optimal control of the moisture and temperature inside the refrigerated display case to make it as efficient as possible for meat. In addition, the project has also seen the Etoile G-Concept display case ducted to the new Il Magnifico Tower glass display case, with large glass panels and a Crioledlighting system designed to create the best display.

Design and technology come together in this store to create the perfect workspace for butchers who believe in innovation.
