The Butcher Shop

In this project, we present a unique concept in the Dominican Republic with three retail outlets. The Butcher Shop is a place for those who love haute cuisine and deli products, where they can express their culinary preferences with flavours, textures and colours.

This high-end chain of shops has two stores in the capital of Santo Domingo: one in the Enriquillo district, where you can find Enixe display counters in the 250 M1 version in the Butcher section and the 200 Deli version in the Delicatessen, an Encore multideck showcase in the Show version, an Elisir 200 in the Bistrot area, and an Emerald for displaying fresh fish and mussels. The other shop, instead, is in the Piantini district and also has an Enixe M1 and 200 Deli version, an Encore Show, and two Eride rear display counters with refrigerated understorage, as well as an EPV Show White Version.

Lastly, the concept includes a store in the exclusive resort of Punta Cana, the easternmost tip of the Dominican Republic, a tourist destination renowned worldwide for its beaches and crystal-clear waters. In addition to the display counters already present in the other two shops, here Elle and Genesis cold rooms were chosen for product storage.
