The Montemayor photovoltaic shelter, a dazzling bet of exclusive design

Designed by iliosPort®, it integrates an electric car charger and is fully modular

In the age of energy transition, solar-powered facilities are spreading across Europe unstoppably.

Last November, France passed a law that requires outdoor car parks with more than 80 seats to install solar panels, within five years. In Switzerland, photovoltaic roofs are being installed on cycle lanes and between train tracks, and similar projects are under way in Italy and Germany.

In Spain, the implementation of this technology is no longer new. In the Balearic Islands it is planned to install solar parks in all the car parks of public hospitals, and cities such as Huelva, Malaga, Pamplona and Zaragoza are already incorporating them in their car parks.

One of the companies that are investing more in this technology is the Spanish company IliosPort‍, specialized in the development of these shelters with solar panels that are revolutionizing the photovoltaic energy market.

Its star product is Montemayor, a brave proposal that is committed to a sustainable future with solar energy as the protagonist. A product with an innovative and exclusive design, resistant and also dispenses with welds, making it very easy to assemble.

Each shelter consists of 15 410 W photovoltaic panels, allowing you to achieve a peak power of 6.15 KWp, and features a built-in charger with a 7.4 kW or 22kW load capacity, perfect for recharging the car in the home or business.

Montemayor shelters can be installed in any location that has an area of 6x6m, and its modular design allows to place as many plates as needed.

Montemayor represents a leap forward in a market as promising as it is unavoidable, for which we look forward to a bright future.
