Effisus Project
Located in Downtown Dubai, on the northern side of the Opera District, alongside Burj Khalifa, this complex consists on a luxury high-end apartment, with four-bedrooms units, five-bedroom single floor, and five-bedroom duplex units. It also includes six-level basement and car parking. The ground floor and four level podiums including retail, food and beverage facilities, gym, cigar lounge, games room, library, cinema and spa.
The façade of all the apartments is full-height glazing offering amazing views to the new Opera House, Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai.
Effisus Vapour FR Class A2 system was used to prevent the condensation risk, improving the airtightness and consequently the energy efficiency of the building.
