New Finder movement detectors 18 Series

Finder expands its range of movement detectors with the new Types 18.71 and 18.81.

These two new indoor and outdoor models are wall-mounted and fully adjustable. These solutions represent a further step forward in energy optimization, thanks to the introduction of intelligent algorithms and unprecedented installation flexibility.
The technological heart of these new models is the advanced detection logic. Unlike traditional systems that require manual calibration of the "switch-off delay," the Type 18.71 integrates a self-learning time delay algorithm.
The device constantly analyzes the frequency of movement and occupant habits, dynamically modulating the Light ON time. This means that in high-traffic environments, the detector extends the timing to ensure comfort, while drastically reducing it during prolonged inactivity. The result is a perfect balance between user comfort and maximum energy savings.
Both models feature a multi-directional adjustable sensor, allowing for precise aiming of the detection area regardless of the mounting base position.

Technical features:

- Type 18.71 (Indoor): Specifically designed for indoor wall-mounted installations. It features a 1 NO 10 A contact and the self-learning time delay algorithm. It is characterized by a minimal and elegant aesthetic, available in white (18.71.8.230.0000) and anthracite grey (18.71.8.230.0002).
- Type 18.81 (Outdoor): Engineered to withstand atmospheric agents with an IP55 protection rating. In addition to the 1 NO 10 A potential-free contact, it includes a selector switch and manual adjustment options. It is available in white (18.81.8.230.0000) and anthracite grey (18.81.8.230.0002).

Simplified wiring ensures reduced installation time for the contractor, providing secure and stable connections over time.
