New products from FITT Agix® on preview at ISH 2023

The new PP couplings are designed to join two Ø75 and/or Ø90 semi-rigid pipes. Each joint consists of two Ø75 and/or Ø90 “Grey” type collars and a threaded connecting nut for straight joints, or two threaded collars and a threaded PP bend for 90° curved joints. The “Grey” collars that make up the system are entirely deprived of the adjustment cap/seal during manufacturing, and are therefore completely free-flowing. The bends are made of anti-condensation and impact-resistant PP (polypropylene) with low localised headloss. Connecting the pipes is very easy. Before connection, it will be necessary to fit the corresponding gasket (sealing ring) on the outermost groove of the semi-rigid pipe. These features make the new component curves capable of guaranteeing high quality performance levels and the necessary flexibility during installation, as there is no need for additional or dedicated components.

The new diffusers can be used indoor, for both the air inlets and the air outlets. They consist of a screen and an aluminium frame. The frame has a guide for adjusting to four different levels (“steps” with a pitch of 7.5 mm between them) the position of the screen in relation to the third step (the actual “flush-mounted” position), and therefore the air flow. The first step is the closed position. A fourth step is available, protruding from the wall, should a higher flow rate than that possible in the flush-to-the-wall configuration is required. The frame is 17 mm thick and the screen can be easily removed and replaced for cleaning. The frame is made of 1.2 mm thick RAL9010 white epoxy powder coated aluminium. The screen is made of 2 mm thick aluminium, also RAL9010 white epoxy powder coated. The springs for sliding, guiding and fixing the screen onto the frame are made of steel. This new line of diffusers have a particularly sophisticated look and finishes can be customised to ensure perfect integration with the wall. The possibility of installation “flush to the wall” avoids further thicknesses and protrusions without jeopardising air flow performance.

Ø 125 mm outdoor flush-mounted adapters with coarse insect screen for the intake of air into the room and the evacuation of air from the room. Made of 10/10 thick galvanised steel, this new outdoor adapter comes in basic RAL9010 white colour. The adapter comes with a class G3 polyester filter to ensure the best quality of the air entering or leaving the ventilation circuit and features a central screen that can be filled with the same material used for the wall (concrete, tiles, wood, etc.), before being installed perfectly flush to the same. Easy to clean thanks to the simple opening mechanism, the screen is secured by four magnets. The adapter can be installed on the wall (frame depth: 85 mm) and is the ideal solution for all those situations where wall protrusions are not allowed, or where clean lines of the exterior building walls must be guaranteed.

Stand-alone HRV unit designed as a simple and effective ventilation solution with heat recovery for individual rooms without ducts. Quiet and compact, it is extremely well suited to both daytime living and sleeping areas. It offers the possibility of Master-Slave mode connection (up to 16 devices): cable connection for DUO models and radio connection for WIRELESS models. This new ventilation unit is characterised by the elegant design of the indoor section (only 4 cm deep) and the high performance level guaranteed by the 15 cm ceramic heat exchanger. The fan is positioned after the heat exchanger for even quieter operation and the external grille is designed to reduce noise from outside. Command acquisition is indicated by a LED and an acoustic warning, for simpler Master-Slave programming. The installation of the unit is extremely simple, and so is maintenance, which does not require the unit to be removed from the wall. The unit is supplied with remote control and control panel. A dedicated application can be installed on a smartphone or tablet to make this unit even more functional and easier to manage remotely.

It consists of a flat screen made of glass with a white painted back, installed at a distance from the wall, allowing the air to flow at the four sides. The distance between the screen and the wall can be adjusted on three positions (“steps”) to regulate the air flow. The screen can be removed and replaced very easily, making maintenance and cleaning extremely simple. The frame is made of 1.2 mm thick white RAL9010 powder-coated aluminium. The screen is made of 4 mm thick glass with a glossy finish and pure white RAL9003 painted back (Cradle to Cradle CertifiedTM Silver). The panel glued on the back of the screen is made of anti-condensation PVC with a thickness of 3 mm. The springs securing the screen/panel to the frame are made of spring steel.

Square diffuser with frame for Ø125mm pipe/adapter for the supply and extraction of air in indoor environments. It consists of a flat screen made of glass with a black painted back installed at a distance from the wall or ceiling, allowing the air to flow at the four sides. Tabs on the frame allow the screen to wall distance to be adjusted to regulate the air flow (also available is a fully closed position). The diffuser screen can be removed and replaced very easily, making maintenance and cleaning extremely simple. The frame is made of 1.2 mm thick RAL9010 epoxy powder-coated aluminium. The 4 mm screen glass has a glossy finish and RAL9005 classic black painted back (Cradle to Cradle CertifiedTM Silver). The panel glued on the back of the screen is made of anti-condensation PVC with a thickness of 3 mm. The springs securing the screen/panel to the frame are made of spring steel. This diffuser comes with a safety cord as standard to also allow for ceiling installation.

This new light grey flexible pipeline is manufactured using a unique technology that guarantees the highest performance and quality standards. The hose is manufactured using polyolefin resin films with antibacterial and anti-mould master additive, features an embedded steel wire spiral, a 4 mm thick thermal insulation layer made of closed-cell cross-linked polyethylene foam, and an outer protection made of additivated polyolefin resin film. The materials are assembled without using chemical adhesives or glues. The pipeline meets the fire reaction standards for Class 1 (DM 26/06/84), Class M1, Class EN B-s1 and d0 (13823:2010) with a maximum pressure of 2000 Pa. The air can reach a maximum speed of 20 m/s and the operating temperature can range from -40°C to +100°C.

Anti-condensation PVC delivery plenum designed for connection to recessed installation horizontal ventilation units (fan coils) of compatible in size. The plenum combines two functions: box for the distribution of the Heat Recovery Ventilation (“HRV” function) air and actual delivery plenum for the air flow produced by the fan coil (“CLIMA” climate control function). The pipeline distribution is therefore mixed, CLIMA-HRV: the internal sept separating the “HRV section” from the “CLIMA section” is made of PVC.

Single-slot linear diffuser for continuous line installation and unidirectional nozzle for air outflow management. The frame and cornice are made of anti-condensation PVC, while the inner nozzles are made of ABS. All elements are RAL 9010 white. This new linear diffuser, suitable for both HRV and air distribution systems, has a “V0” flammability rating and operating temperatures from -30°C to +60°C.
