Gresmanc Group, in the 1st edition of Architect@Work Rome

On June 12 and 13, the agendas of Rome's architects are committed to innovation and the most exclusive materials in the first edition of Architect@Work held in the Italian capital.

After participating in two very successful editions in Milan, Gresmanc Group returns to Italy to relive the unique experience of this event and show architects and designers its exclusive innovations in ceramic ventilated façades developed for projects around the world. Designs and volumes in extruded ceramic created from the architects' ideas to create truly unique facades on an aesthetic level that, of course, have the great advantages of ceramic ventilated facade systems.

The durability, the absence of maintenance, the contribution to the energy balance of buildings and the natural origin of ceramics favor the requirement of sustainability in an era in which environmental awareness is at the forefront of any architectural project. Our ceramic products are created 100% with raw materials of natural origin and with a production model based on the circular economy that reinforces responsible production and consumption:

- Gresmanc Group ceramic products are manufactured with approximately 54% pre-consumer recycled material from the production process itself.

- Once the life cycle of our ceramic products has ended, they can be recycled up to 100% of their content.

Photocatalytic properties and cooling effect

The ceramic plates from Favemanc, the Gresmanc Group's ventilated façade brand, have a photocatalytic effect that gives them decontaminating and self-cleaning properties. Furthermore, another added value of Favemanc ceramic ventilated facades, innovative and completely differential, is the crucial role they play in mitigating the urban heat island effect.

Our ceramics are living ceramics that, due to their own composition, generate a series of benefits and properties in relation to the environment where they are displayed. In this case, when exposed to the sun, our ceramics cause the solar rays that fall on its surface to be reflected in a greater proportion than the reflection that occurs on other materials, and this happens regardless of the finish color of the ceramic. the ceramic surface.

Visitors will be able to see first-hand our innovative ceramic proposals for ventilated façades at stand 61, surrounded by the modern and creative atmosphere that characterizes this event in all its editions.
