Located in the center of Lisbon, in the heart of the Golden Triangle, the 12 Rua Rosa Araújo Palace is a elegant and prestigious building that gives its owners the exclusivity of living on Avenida da Liberdade.

Composed of different types of apartments and a fantastic duplex penthouse, Exclusive Palace combines the peace of its interior spaces with the cosmopolitanism of the city.

As part of the renovation of this property, Ascensores do Oeste, IdealPark’s dealer in Portugal, installed a car lift, adapting it perfectly to the limited space available.

Thanks to this technology, the tenants of the building can comfortably reach the underground garage with their cars.

The car lift proposed for this project is the IdealPark model IP1-HMT V08 whose characteristics make it a compact solution, able to meet the requirements of a renovation work like this one.

The system needs a pit of only 200 mm, a net available height of 2400 mm and a shaft in concrete of 2900 mm x 5400 mm that can house a platform of 2500 mm x 5300 mm.

The load capacity allows to move vehicles up to 3.2 tons in weight, thus making the lift suitable for SUVs and electric cars with above-average weights.
