Surrounded by a beautiful garden, the house conceals a vertical access to the underground garage. This garage is served by an invisible exterior car platform that allows the driver to be effortlessly transported on board, replacing the need for an unsightly and impractical ramp. This innovative solution provides direct access to the garage.
The discreetly located car lift at the end of the garden optimizes the space available for the house and the majestic surrounding garden. It exemplifies the perfect integration between our product and the surrounding area.
It is possible to pave the covering roof of the car lift to contribute to making it totally invisible and obtaining a prestigious finish. The roof, when the car lift is not operating, can be used as a parking place and can be paved with any material, such as synthetic grass, marble, porphyry, teak or stone (max paving load of 150 kg/sq.m).
