In the characteristic setting of towns in the Po Valley, in the province of Monza-Brianza, a private renovation project has transformed an ordinary house into a modern residence equipped with state-of-the-art technologies and contemporary comforts.

To optimize space and provide access to the underground garage while preserving the aesthetics and functionality of the villa’s garden, the first fully automatic car lift by IdealPark was installed: the IP1-CM MOB A model.

This innovative car lift features a walkable roof that seamlessly blends into the surrounding garden, thanks to a finish made from the same material as the outdoor area, making it virtually invisible. Moreover, the roof is driveable, offering additional parking space when needed.

A key feature of this model is its two capacitive displays, which require authentication via a personal security code, ensuring access is granted only to authorized users. Once the code is entered, the platform can be activated with a single touch, eliminating the need to hold down the button throughout the entire movement. Additionally, when the user leaves the house, the system automatically returns the roof to ground level.

To ensure the highest level of safety, advanced security systems such as video surveillance and a virtual protection perimeter with laser scanners have been implemented. These technologies keep the area around the lift clear and verify safety conditions before each operation. If any unauthorized presence is detected, the system immediately stops to protect people, children, and pets.

Thanks to this cutting-edge solution, the villa owner can park the car in the underground garage with complete security and convenience, enjoying an exclusive and seamless user experience.
