Custom car lift for a semi-detached villa in Mizzole – Verona, Italy
In the heart of the Veronese hills, in Mizzole, a semi-detached villa faced a design challenge common to many contemporary homes: the difficulty of building a ramp to the underground garage due to limited available space.
The owners wanted a solution that not only overcame the spatial constraints, but also ensured safe and secure parking while preserving the aesthetic and functional harmony of the outdoor spaces.
To meet these needs, the IdealPark IP1-CM MOB system was installed—a car lift designed to operate with the driver on board. This choice made it possible to optimize space and improve the daily user experience without compromising the architectural balance of the property.
The IP1-CM MOB model features a four-column structure, a durable anti-slip platform, and a drivable, fully floor-finishable roof, making it virtually invisible when not in use. Thanks to this configuration, the courtyard retains a clean, continuous look, transforming the lift cover into a functional and seamlessly integrated surface.
The system ensures top safety standards, with automatic devices, removable-key operation, and the option to integrate video surveillance and sensor systems to protect people, animals, and property.
This project demonstrates how IdealPark solutions can solve real space constraints while enhancing aesthetics and quality of everyday life.
A tailor-made technology that adapts to architecture.
Key features:
- 4-column structure with 3.00 m travel and 90 cm pit depth
- Load capacity of 2700 kg, suitable for vehicles of various sizes
- Floor-finishable roof, usable as a parking surface when the system is at rest, blending harmoniously with the surrounding environment
- Advanced safety systems, including rope monitoring, UPS, and the option of protective fencing or video surveillance with photocells
- Hot-dip galvanized finish and checker plate anti-slip platform for long-lasting durability and safety
The IP1-CM MOB installation allowed to:
- Eliminate the need for a ramp, overcoming the lot’s space limitations
- Provide secure, covered parking, protecting vehicles from weather and intrusion
- Preserve the home’s aesthetics with a customizable roof that integrates into the courtyard
