Storgata 1 stands as a fully renovated building. Its imposing glass and aluminium façade creates a striking presence in Sandefjord’s urban landscape. This contemporary design establishes a visual connection with the city’s central square, serving as an elegant and modern landmark.

With commercial spaces and offices available for rent, Storgata 1 is strategically positioned in the centre of Sandefjord, just north of the main square. Its proximity to public transport and urban amenities makes it ideal for businesses that value convenience and accessibility.

Architectural and Lighting Design in Harmony

To ensure that the lighting complemented the building’s design, close collaboration with interior architects was essential. The circular ceiling lighting, a central element in social areas and offices, reflects the Sparebank 1 logo, symbolising unity and continuity. This feature integrates the “Concept” pendant luminaire by INDELAGUE, accompanied by green plants that provide a welcoming and revitalising atmosphere.

Details That Make the Difference

The project also includes the Rofy luminaire, in black finish, strategically placed in various workspaces. For rest areas and focus zones, the black “Concept-O” pendant luminaire was chosen, adding a touch of sophistication and functionality. The internal staircase, leading to the customer service area on the first floor, is highlighted by “Concept O-35” lighting arranged in circular formations, adding dynamism to the design.
