Located on a wonderful 200-hectare estate and surrounded by enchanting lakes and gardens, the Les Ormes complex is located 11 km from the thirteenth-century castle of Combourg at the intersection of the roads leading to Saint-Malo and Mont Saint-Michel.
A former bishop's estate, the Domaine des Ormes holiday village welcomes families and golf enthusiasts for a unique experience. The complex includes hotels with swimming pools and terrace bars, horse stables, tennis courts and an 18-hole golf course.
The client wanted to cover the restaurant area to allow guests to enjoy the esquisite cuisine in quiet luxury in every season, even in adverse weather conditions.
They chose the KEDRY PRIME bioclimatic pergola by KE, a modular, aluminum shading structure with adjustable louvered roof and an integrated rainwater management system.
Two different areas were created:
- A restaurant area consisting of two wall-mounted units, completely enclosed by Panoramic Line Glass windows for maximum comfort in all seasons.
- A second, more "open" area, used for bar service and a coffee shop, consisting of three connected modules enclosed by panoramic windows on one side only.
