Description of the project:

We are located in Zoagli, in the enchanting landscape of the Ligurian Riviera, between Chiavari and Rapallo. This Mediterranean coast is a mix of beach and hills, providing extraordinary scenery characterized by palm and olive trees.

Here stands a lovely villa, a small jewel overlooking the sea and characterized by a particularly sunny, spacious outdoor area where a Jacuzzi, sun bathers and swimmers coexist. The owners wanted to create a shady area for relaxation in a simple but functional way, ensuring perfect comfort at all times.

The client also requested a cover with minimal impact, integrating seamlessly into the space, to enrich the already extraordinary beauty of the environment. This was to be an outdoor space dedicated to well-being that required a touch of functionality and elegant design.

The KE store 3s Milano identified the Kheope sail as the perfect solution: Kheope is an element that preserves the original environment without distorting its characteristics. It is versatile and blends easily with the most complex designs such as this unique view of the Ligurian Sea. The use of materials and fabrics derived from the nautical field is particularly suitable for installation in maritime environments with high humidity and saltiness. The technical fabrics allow, on the one hand, a perfect filtering of UV rays and, on the other, guarantee air circulation, for excellent ventilation and shading.

The white fabric was chosen to create perfect harmony with the wooden elements of the terrace and the blue of the sea in the background. The contrast with the stainless-steel structure gives the sail a light design for a protected but open environment, which discourses well with the surrounding landscape.

Kheope is motorized, with a multi-channel remote control to open and close the sail as needed. In addition, for greater safety, it is equipped with a wind sensor that automatically closes the sail in the event of strong wind. To complete this tailor-made project, the lighting system includes spotlights installed on the boom to create a warm and romantic environment on those outdoor evenings.

Kheope in its minimal refinement is both a protective and design element at the same time, the perfect solution for those who want to create open shade from the sun on their terrace. The sail is extremely adaptable and can be installed even in oddly shaped spaces.
