KE designs the protected space of two terraces with a view for a hospitality gem in Limone sul Garda

Project description:

The swan - in the Celtic language "eala" - which has dwelled on the protected shores of Lake Garda since time immemorial, a symbol of purity and elegance is the source of inspiration for this paradise of hospitality. Overlooking the shores of Limone, the Eala Lake Garda Hotel, a 5-star luxury hotel in which to enjoy a unique experience of relaxation. An ambitious project that proposes itself as a haven of oasis and tranquility where the art of hospitality is manifested in the services and cuisine of excellence.

For the two lake-view terraces that dominate the top floor of the hotel, the client requested a protective and shading structure that was both minimal and resistant, considering the characteristic and intense windiness of the Garda area. Thanks to KE's experience and the consultancy of KE Store Caiola Outdoor, a covering project was realized using Hydra, a pergola awning with clean lines and refined design, in the lean-to version. Through the juxtaposition of several modules, each with an independent canvas, Hydra is scalable in width, thus allowing the coverage of a large surface area, with the management of opening and closing according to different needs.

In this project, the colour selected to best suit the context is Carbon with a grey canvas: the choice of colour took into account the structure and architecture of the building, as well as the existing windows and structures.

Precisely to accommodate the triangular shape of the terrace, the KE structures were installed with a "cantilevered" and slightly "staggered" arrangement, a design subtlety that enhances the dialogue of this lake-view architecture.

Stylistic research and attention to detail remain cornerstones of KE's production: a combination of expertise, Made in Italy and reliability once again at the service of hospitality of the highest level.
